Arrival / Check-in:The room or the apartment will be available from 3 pm.

Departures / Check-out: The day of the departure we kinly ask to leave the apartment or the room by 10 am.

Confirmation of the booking: The booking is confirmed with a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay as provided by the C.C. Art. 1385/1386

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your stay or not show up: up to 15 days before your arrival, your deposit will be used for an other stay in our hotel or residence; after 15 days before your arrival, we will keep the whole deposit; no show, penalty equal to 100% of the stay; .
In caso di mancato arrivo verrà trattenuto il 50% dell'intero importo del soggiorno.

Refunds: No reductions or refunds apply for no-consumed meals, late arrivals or late departures.

Stay in Apartments: The kitchenette, the refrigeretors, pots and pans, tableware and all other kitchen's supplies must be cleaned before leaving the apartment. Garbage/rubbish will be must be properly disposed on according to the separate collection of household waste rules.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A 100 euro security deposi is required and will be reimbursed at the end of your stay, at the check-out's moment after a final inspection of the apartment.
BALANCE: The balance of your stay will be within the 24 hours of your arrival.


CITY TAX: Euro 1,50 per person per day up to 10 nights of stay. Children up o 14 years old are exempt

Dogs are welcome at the hotel and Residence, we accept every kind of dog. Special treatment will be reserved to them with an extra of Euro 8,00 per day per dog, euro 30,00 per week per dog, without meals.
